Immediate Care is an urgent care provider in Rochester and Buffalo NY and Austin Texas. For the first six months of 2011 Immediate Care focused on educating the consumer about what urgent care being a faster alternative to emergency room care. Then the category heated up with new entrants to the marketplace. So the strategy shifted to differentiating Immediate Care from it's competitors. This is the first of a new series of TV ads designed to use humor as the hook.
